Job descriptions:
• Ensure the directives given by Production Director are followed
• Prepare and organize the production planning
• Making planning and preparation of work orders
• Follow up Customers’comments and products changes to inform the Production Line Supervisor accordingly;
• Coordinate with Production Line Supervisors to ensure production planning follow up;
• Go to the Production Line workshops daily to follow up planning and communicate directly with Production Line Supervisors;
• Ensure that they respect the priorities to launch;
• Be the direct coordinator between Production, Planning, Logistics and Stock;
• Communicate with Engineering Department to get specifications, BOM and color process details.
• Review and follow up shipment details with Logistic Department and Production Department;
• Review and follow up with Production Stock Department the shipment preparation details;
• Review with Raw Materials Stock Department the reception schedule for materials and tools, components requirement for pending production orders.
• Organize weekly meeting with Logistics Department, Production Stock Department and Planning Department to review shipment schedule;
• Analyze full production capacity to give guidelines to Production Department and Engineering Department;
• Manage Planning Department team: providing directives, supervising day to day work, organizing task allocation, training new staff and other necessary supervision tasks.

* Job requirements:
• At least 03 years experiences in the Production Planning
• Fluent English;
• Proactive, strong leadership skills, organized, rigorous and autonomous in work.
• Strong communication skills;
• Good practice of Word, Excel and possibly of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Responsibility, honesty, trust worthiness.
