Mô tả công việc
Main duties:
• Set planning production daily/weekly/monthly based on performance of each machine
• Develop master production schedule according to work order specifications, established priorities, capability of workers, machines/ equipment and availability of parts, materials.
• Prepare operational schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meet customer requirements.
• Make comparative cost analyses in order to determine the most effective and efficient options for scheduling, inventory, production, distribution, and transportation.
• Following production process to catch up delivery schedule, making sure each operation meets shipping date according to sales orders.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirement:
• College graduated, major in technical management system is a plus
• 3-5 year experience in manufacturing company (prefer garment, leather industry), knowledge of production planning.
• Good at math and statistics, analytical and organizational, communication skills and detail-oriented.
• Ability to conduct research, prepare comprehensive reports and present statistical information in a clear way.
• English: can read/write & basic communicate
