+ Work venue: My Phuoc Plant, Ben Cat Dist., Binh Duong Province, Vietnam
+ Additional support: Transportation provided for you when be invited for interview at the factory

2. The job description below is to list out some missions that we are in need of your talent to support Colgate - Palmolive to keep growing even faster in Tooth-brushing making industry:

Production plan: Delivery production planning with balance between customer requirement and operational efficiency by shipment plan , operation parameter and change over matrix
• Achieves customer-focused KPIs by balancing customer service and operational efficiency
• Grasps the business processes and SAP systems that optimize detail scheduling
• Applies the fundamentals of pull systems, inventory control, and lead time reduction
• Adopts best practices for improving production planning optimizer
• Develops sourcing solutions using analytical, financial, and communication skills
• Understanding supply chain concept and lead time elements
• Understands Supply Chain constraints such as product release, manufacturing, distribution, and customer requirements
• Knows and utilizes SAP system planning
• Knows inventory management concept
• Knows inventory cost driven and get FIT to building right size WIP and FGs inventory
• English communication


Material Planning:
• Understands the relationship planning, logistics, and manufacturing processes have on material and conversion cost.
• Understands pull systems relating to material and service replenishment
• Knows material lead-time and order concept to have linkage between material plan and production scheduling
• Understands supplier behave and performance

Managing Production:
• Knows how to develop strategic Supply Chain goals and engage the workforce in achieving those goals
• Understand labor behave by seasonal
• Knows the handling and storage requirements for finished goods.
• Promotes safety awareness and safe behavior
• Executes strategies that deal effectively with operating issues related to labor relations
• Develops contingency plans and strategies for any business interruption

Customer Service and Logistic:
• Understands demand trend by seasonal
• Understands case fill and on-time definition
• Understands Shipment, loading plan and vessel schedule to ensure finish goods and WIP available to fulfill shipment plan


Continuous Improvement:
• Seeks input from internal and external customers about their needs and expectations to continually improve production planning
• Exploits data and information to identify and measure potential improvements
• Understands the linkages among planning and execute level at shopfloor to have appropriate improvement ideal
• Facilitates sharing of ideas, knowledge, and best practices to improve planning processes and solve problems
• Works to standardize best practices production planning

Education:
• B.A./B.S. Degree in related major (preferably in an industrial management or supply chain management fields)

Experience:
• 2 – 5 years working for Production Planning/ Planning (preferably in Consumer Goods Industry experience)
• Good data sense, systematic thinking and detail - oriented.
• Familiar with Planning system ( SAP,...), tools & processes.
• Good communication, both in Vietnamese & English. Office tools (especially Excel & Access)

- 13th-month salary plus KPI Bonus
- Colgate Care Program (Bao Viet)
- Working Hours (8:00 - 16:00 from Monday to Friday only)
