Key roles of Production Planning Executive:
1. Manage in-house and out-source fabrication for steel frame to optimize capacity and best cost efficiency for the business
2. Manage skilled labor service providers for in-house production needs to optimize factory capacity and best cost efficiency for the business
3. Manage all OEM sales to fill-up and maximize NBV’s factory capacity, generate OEM sale profits to recover and reduce factory conversion costs
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily with all project coordinators to receive frame production volume requests and update required delivery schedules.
• Calculate and plan for in-house v.s out-source volume to meet delivery schedules, maximize factory capacity, and saving costs for business.
• Liaise daily with Operations Manager to update and running in-house and out-source production volume as per planning.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager/QC to manage all out-source fabricators in regards of specs, product quality, production schedule, quantity calculation, and delivery.
• Develop and qualify out-source fabricators for the business in terms of quality performance, schedule performance, best pricing and credit terms.
• Liaise with procurement to prepare and manage procurement contract and payments.
• Planning and coordinate weekly with Operations Manager to provide skilled labors for in-house production needs to meet production capacity
• Develop and qualify skilled labor service providers for in-house production in terms of skilled labor, good safety awareness, best pricing and credit terms.
• Liaise with procurement to prepare and manage procurement contract and payments.
• Support GM to develop and service OEM customers to increase sale volume & profits, maximize factory capacity and reduce conversion costs.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural or Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Quantity Surveying (QS), Production Planning, out-sourcing for industrial segment
• Knowledge in structural steel works (P.E.B)
• Possess strong site supervision and project management experience
• Strong in planning and project management skills with minimum supervision
• Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent English & MS Office
