Mô tả công việc
- Prepare production planning daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast based on Supply Chain forecast’s instruction and follow up on this major task.
- Keep on track of production schedule, keep the plan up-to-date in accordance with actual status from all suppliers, related teams to get the information.
- Data input daily based on production completion to control and balance the plan.
- Organizing paperwork/files/data efficiently.
- Coordinating with production team to be on track of current issues, to convey with Supply Chain team to take action – reach out to right person at the right time will be helpful to short-out the delay.
- Coordinating with inventory team to have a real data of raw materials, finished products.
- Coordinating with accounting, purchasing, inventory and human resources on finalizing invoicing/packing list/ delivery receipt, etc…

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Pro-active, dynamic, open-minded, fast-learning and with “TO DO” attitude.
- Passion on process, good with numbers
- Excellent communication, self-management and organizational skills.
- 2 years experience in Furniture manufacturer, especially in production planning.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), especially in excel.
- Ethical and loyal.
