Production Planning Assistant Manager

Plan for a smooth process of flour milling, blending, packing, storage, delivery and problem solving
• To arrange production operations to satisfy all sales orders by making Production Schedule
• To ensure Milling team producing exactly what are planned by making Wheat Cleaning Order.
• To ensure Blending & Packing Team packing exactly products and quantity by making Blending & Packing Order
• To ensure delivery schedule is carried out smoothly by confirming on Daily Delivery Schedule to Logistic, Sales, Delivery and Warehouse teams
• To communicate with other Depts/ Sections to ensure pest is well controlled by making Annually Pest Control Schedule and breaking into Weekly Pest Control Schedule.
• To ensure production auxiliary materials Packaging, thread, additives, sticker, desiccant, …) are always enough by making Purchase Request.
• To liaise with other departments by conduct the daily/ Weekly/ monthly meeting/ conference, good communication to maintain a smooth process and to timely solve problem if any
Monitor production progress to make proper adjustments and ensure production progress is under controlled
• To monitor production progress and adjust production schedule properly
• To monitor milling progress, adjust and update properly
• To monitor blending & packing progress, adjust and update properly
• To monitor flour inventory to adjust production plan according to sales plan
• To monitor wheat coming schedule for a proper silos arrangement
• To monitor auxiliary materials stock to make purchase request properly
• To monitor pest control progress, adjust and update according to production situation
• To monitor production administration work
• To control format of production report system, modify to make them more and more effective, simple, easy to refer.
Do reports or control report system to ensure production data is supplied with high commitment and accuracy
• To make / monitor Monthly Country Head Reports
• To control daily, weekly, monthly reports made by Planning Team
• To make Monthly Statistic Reports (on flour moisture, flour net weight, recycled flour if any …)
• To make /coordinate Annually, Weekly Pest Control Schedule
• To update Milling Exco/ Milling KPI Presentation
• To make other reports as per Senior Manager requests
• Consolidate the investigation report/ customer feedback
• To update / monitor production information in SAP

Education / Experience
• University degree or above; Major in engineering
• Three (3)-year working experience in the same position and same responsibilities
Specific Skills
• High fluency in English (speaking and writing) Toeic required: 650
• Good computer literacy, (Ms Office)
• Good knowledge of Accounting
• Numerical skills
• Knowledge about Project management
