KEY OBJECTIVES
1. Ensure the development of advanced workpacks to support Production activities.
2. Ensure activities and steps within workpacks are sufficiently defined to assist in delivering information to Production Superintendents & Supervisors so that the following is maintained:
- Activities aligned with Cost Codes and WBS break down
- Job cards support work sequence
- Reporting information is clearly defined
Progress is reported against job cards and is timely and accurate
3. Maintain and close out workpacks
- Working time from 7.00 am to 17.00 pm including 1 hour for lunch, from Monday to Friday.
- You will be got the compensation for Personal Accident insurance and Health care insurance according to Company Financial Regulation
- Annual leave is 18 days per year for the period from 1st January to 31st December, exclusive of public holidays of Vietnam. You are entitled to annual leave on a pro-rata basis with 01(one) additional day for 05 (five) years of employment

QUALIFICATIONS AND LICENCES
- Shipbuilding/ Marine fabrication and outfitting background
- Construction with respect to outfitting trades
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3 Years’ experience in a trade or planning role in Shipbuilding (desirable), marine fabrication/construction.
- Formal Planning/Scheduling training (desirable)
- Experience with use of Primavera (desirable)
- Effective communications skills, and
- Competency in Microsoft office and design software (AutoCAD).
- Performing planning & resourcing activities (material, information, people, facility) to support optimised project delivery
