Production Planner/supervisor Vietnam

Position Summary:

Direct and coordinate all work activities and resources for the rapidly expanding company Assembly Department. Manage the team to achieve short-term and long-term production goals with a bias towards continuous improvement across all aspects of production and product quality. This position will require a hands-on approach to training, lean layout reviews, assembly line creation, and leading/supporting lean project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, maximizing plant operations and productivity, ensuring that the business achieves or exceeds its established operational, financial, quality and customer satisfaction measures
- Create and articulate clear short and long term action plans
- Manage materials inventory, consumables, and other necessities to ensure a timely turnaround of deliverable
- Manage and appraise direct reports individually and collaborate on employee appraisals, development programs and compensation management
-Outdoor patio furniture production/planning experience is a plus.

To succeed in the plant management role in Long An Province, Vietnam you will have experience in manufacturing and can speak Vietnamese and English. The job site is located in Duc Lap Thuong, Long An province, you must be able to work at the job site location,
