Production Planner

SUMMARY

To ensure the Production Plan of the area in charge (Stator lines) is correct and efficient by matching schedule of incoming material, production line capacity and delivery schedule

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES :

1. Create, follow, revise production scheduling based on Sales Orders and requirements from Customer Services and to feed Production Plan of Motor Assembly Lines
2. Check component availability and release Production Orders
3. Check missing components to confirm delivery/ output date to Motor Assembly Planner, push Purchasing Staffs of the relevant components to get the goods in-house on time.
4. Support Sourcing, Purchasing, Engineering in check missing components and Production Plan Capacity to advise lead-time of new products and/ or ad-hoc requirements from Customers
5. Printing and issuance of production orders
6. Printing required production orders on time
7. Follow production status to ensure on time output of Stators and give backup plan if necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. College/ University School Graduate
2. At least 2 year experience in Planning
3. Capability to work independently and in the team
4. Able to use Microsoft Office, experience in using SAP is a plus
5. English communication
