Production Planning:
• Foresighted planning to identify bottle necks and unbalanced resources on a early stage to allow production management enough reaction time
• Continuous improvement of planning methods according requirements and trends
• Proactive communication of analysis to production management with active consulting of problem solving (for example improving delayed production to achieve requested delivery date)
• To ensure production line running smoothly and not stop line with reasons not foresee
• To ensure actual production match with plan
• Working closely with relation departments (Production, MRP team, Quality…) to ensure delivery date/requirement from customer
Reporting:
• Enhance continuously significant Production Planning KPIs.
• Transparent reporting in production planning.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly report for production planning area.
Coordination:
• Communicate and co-ordinate Production Planning issues with internal contact persons
• Co-ordinate with relations departments to ensure production lines running smoothly.
Other:
• Other tasks relations to SCM will be assigned by superior

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education requirement: Bachelor Degree
Years of Experience: 1~3 years professional level
Language Skills: Local Language + English (if English not local)
Other:
• Leading and social competence
• Open minded communicator with awareness of cultural differences
• Good team player because of cross-functional working
• Good advanced know how of Microsoft Excel
• Strength in thinking in complex context
