Production Planner

• Coordinate/ confirm buy. Assists the factories in respect to the production schedules of Timberland shoes.
• Maintain ASN / mold file.
• Communicates directly with factory production staff to collect daily information for production follow up.
• Ensures all the orders are planned to be processed according to Timberland’s policies and rules.
• Works closely with factories to ensure the accuracy of reported completion dates and to ensure on time deliveries.
• Ensures factories are constantly informed of all the documentation information (such as labeling, invoicing, packing ) as well as the changes if any.
• Assists with the Assistant Manager in resolving any production related issues.
• Coordinates with material teams in learning the material delivery to ensure the production starts on schedule.
• Keeps production team in Stratham updated as to the production follow-up.
• Generates weekly and monthly shipment reports to Stratham.

1. Diploma or degree from college or above
2. Experience in shoe production planning or related field.
3. Good command of English
