Production Planner

Work location: 3B street, Amata IP, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai

- Plans the sequence of single orders on the segment machines and devices in such a way in order to reach the optimum machine efficiency and to meet the order terms
- Responsible for direct check of production order flow on planned machines
- Regulates the production plan flexibly, when planning orders the employee considers fluency of subsequent production operations
- Work with customer requirements – production planning on the basis of customer requirements and scheduling
- Ensures coordination with other departments
- Monitor co-operations
- Responsible for updated and correct data in the system of co-operations
- Maintains all the instructions and principles in area of environmental protection defined on work instructions
- Co-operates in solving complaints
- Responsible for effective use of defined and entrusted equipment and for objective maintenance in area of costs
- Responsible for maintenance of safety instructions
- Cooperates in KVP system, Kaizen, Best office and MOVE, participates in performing of related tasks
- Responsible for the most optimal flow of the order in the production process, i.e. elimination of through-put time and WIP
- Supporting booking process in order to ensure early production recording and correct termination of production order (including samples).
- Supporting production employees of the segment in case of problems with recording the production (at the moment through transaction ZPCO11) and processing orders (release, termination, order stock flow, printing production documents).
- Checking correct and comprehensive data of entrusted production warehouses and comparison system data with actual stock in warehouses.
- Termination of a fulfilled production order (closing, comparison of planned and actual stock state in warehouses, in case of extensive discrepancies necessary to inform the competent employees).
- Handling emergency situations throughout order processing, particularly preventing mixing of orders and failures concerning number of parts within one order.
- Approval and defining stock flow for product order (stock entering the order, stock exiting from order in case of multiple use) in cooperation with logistics department of segment.
- Processing failure cases of stock flow (COGI) and production reports. This includes cleaning and failure reasons elimination.
- Instant consulting and solving major problems with PP of the plant.
- Supporting coworkers when choosing professionally correct evaluations and their usage.
- PP is therefore responsible for actual and objective correct production reports, where in case of problems coordinates order proceeding and its production, as well as processing and eliminating booking mistakes.
- Closing all production orders (status TABG) after previous comprehensive checking of all PP characters.
- PP is a contact person authorized for PV, AV, Disposition agent, team leader, warehouse employee in case of problems with production order, as well as with all issues and problems with production reports.
- Maintains QA provisions
- Maintains standards ISO 9000
- Maintains organizational standards of Schaeffler Vietnam

- Adequate operational background
- Have a good knowledge of calculation
- Adequate knowledge of computer. (i.e. Windows; MS Office; SAP)
- Adequate knowledge of English and spoken
- Experience in work shop management
- Knowledge about manufacturing and LEAN.
