A. GENERAL JOB FUNCTION
Sofacompany continues to grow and in less than five years has gone from being a smaller Danish player to being present in 10 markets worldwide - and we are not done yet. Therefore, time has come to expand our graphics department with a new photographer.
Sofa company is based on beautiful Danish design, and the brand's expression in all materials is crucial. Here you will play a central role, and if you want to work with a fantastic lifestyle with international perspectives.

Based on the needs of the headquarter located in Denmark, the photographer will take pictures of all our products in our inhouse studio. The photographer will use their technical skills to create images, that meets the management’s expectations. The photographer will design the best setting, using props and backgrounds to create the right composition. In addition to taking high-quality focused product images, the photographer will also maintain all camera equipment, including lightning, lenses and tripods.
After pictures are complete, our graphic team will resize, retouch, edit and otherwise enhance images.

The job will include, but not be limited to:
• Select and assemble proper equipment, and choose settings and props based on HQ’s requirements
• Properly light subjects using artificial or natural lightning and using flashes and reflectors where necessary
• Determine desired images and composition and choose equipment, props, settings and lightning to achieve desired results
• Work closely with Concept Manager, to ensure desired results from HQ.

B. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:

D. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
• Years of experience working with different product categories, preferably with furnitures.
• Ability to use different types of photographic equipment and photography software
• Understanding of artificial and natural lightning and how it affects different settings and shapes.
• Understanding of right composition and straight lines.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to discuss complex artistic in easy-to-understand terms.
• A keen eye for detail and a well-developed artistic and creative aesthetic
• Your portfolio shows a sample of brands that are comparable to the Sofacompany. It may be in lifestyle, design, fashion or similar industries.
• Of course, you are at home in all the classic design programs (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
• You are good at managing many tasks and have a natural structure that will prevent you from falling backwards, when there are many tasks to be prioritized and executed, even though time is sometimes limited.
• You are fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
