Mô tả công việc
. Overall manage all functions in Production Operation Support Department (Production Planning- Ordering, Safety & Environment) and Quality Control Department
. Develop Business action Plan, follow up and implement Daily Management to achieve target
. Manage Production control function to get maximum out-put with smooth and slim operation
. Manage Safety and Environmental function to build up safety, healthy and friendly working place
. Manage Quality Control function to build quality in process and prevent outflow
. Follow up, give instruction, solve problem and make decision in daily operation
. Co-operate with concerned function (Production, Sale, HR...) to maximum out-put for owner function and company
. Develop sub-ordinate thru' ON JOB DEVELOPMENT
. Follow up upper supervisor's direction

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Graduated in Automobile/Mechanical/Technical fields, understand of Automobile technology/ vehicle processing flow is advantage
2. At least 7-10 years working experience in Production Control or/and HSE function or/and Quality Control function with function head position
3. Have a creative mind and logical thinking
4. Good in planning, problem solving, reporting and presenting
5. Ability in personnel management, team work, coaching and work under high pressure
6. Good in MS Office & Proficiency of English (knowing Japanese is an advantage)
