Mô tả công việc
1. Calculate CMPT for costing based on:
- History
- Experience
- SAM
2. Order Allocation based on:
- Product Type
- Inhouse- factory
- Out source
3. Controlling Production (Post PCD):
- Checking daily output against plan, alerting if there is a problem.
- Dealing with Fabric/Technical/Quality issues in production quickly
- Arranging Inspection and Shipment on time
4. Chasing Samples and Documents from factory:
- Making sure TOP and Shipment samples are delivered on time, with the correct QUALITY.
- Making sure customer documentary requirements are fulfilled based on shipment plan.
5. Rich experience in garment production, understanding the merchandising process, be able to control each process to be completed on time.
6. Have experience in dealing/communicating with overseas buyer on regular basic and be able to tactfully manage and nurture relationship with buyer.
7. Experience in working with subcontract factory such as small Garments factory (knit and woven), Printing, Washing, embroidery

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1/ Bachelor's degree in textile, merchandising, supply chain management or related discipline;
2/ At least 5 years’ experience in garment production merchandising.
3/ Garment FOB merchandising experience are preferable too.
4/ A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
5/ Strong planning and negotiation skills including the ability to influence at all levels;
6/ Strong problem solving and analytical skill;
7/ Excellent communication and presentation skills;
8/ Good written & spoken English;
9/ willing to work under pressure;

Nam Dinh province is considered as the textile capital of Vietnam, and has a history in traditional textile making to support it. The project broke ground in October 2015, with the support of local consulting firm, BDG – and was ready for its grand opening on July 6, 2016. The facility was designed by JG Consulting Hong Kong, with the highest compliance and safety standards in mind – as well as having a strong focus on lean manufacturing. The main product category is focused on Ladies Knit and Woven tops and dresses, and we have plans in the pipeline to add embroidery, printing and washing lines on unutilized land we still have available.
