Production Merchandiser Leader

* Objective : as a link between management and Production Merchandisers, he/she will ensure process is applied, potential problems identified, and if can not be solved make sure these problems are reported on time to management ; he/she is responsible for the production process at Merchandiser and QC level

- Create T&A and submit to manager as soon as PO confirmed and get approval from manager
- Input the approved T&A into Google sheet and update related production merchandiser to start working on it
- Organize a weekly meeting with production merchandisers to ensure that:
• All steps of the process are duly followed up
• Online T&A is properly updated
• Production schedule is following plan
• Solutions are offered to the production managers in case of problem
• Unsolved problems are brought to management on time
- Attends a weekly meeting with management to review T&A style by style
- Make sure all samples are duly labeled and buyers duly informed
- Communicates with QC leader to organize PP meeting
- Attends PP meeting together with Production Merchandiser
- Ensures all steps of QC process are correctly followed, according to the timeline, and updates it in follow up sheet on line
- Ensures QC update on line production record clearly and fully
- Steps in with factory if necessary during production
- Ensures GRN are created, payment applied on time, all export documents sent within one week after export
- Ensures the on-line Delivery List is updated after each shipment
- Keeps a clear on-line record of fabric balance in factories

- Very good command in English, either talked or written
- Minimum 8 years experience in Garment industry
- Minimum 2 years experience in managing a team
- Detail oriented
- Disciplined
- Team player
- Good command in pack Office (Words/Excel/Powerpoint)
- Patience and pedagogy as well as a real appetite to train people
