Mô tả công việc
- Be In charge of 3 function of production ( spray, print, and assembly)
- Plan, direct, monitor and control all production activities in the plant to maximize the use of organization resources and meet established production specifications, schedules, volume, cost, quality targets and standards
- Develop and implement manufacturing schedules and operating procedures while allocating labor and capital resources to maximize productivity
- Analyze production, maintenance and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend practical solutions that will improve overall performance
- Plan, prioritize and manage production line maintenance or downtime's to minimize disruptions to manufacturing schedules
- Lead, direct and develop the production team to ensure that production activities can meet established targets and standards

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment and 3 year in production department leader with leading minimum 150 direct worker
- Good command of English
- Planning and Leadership skills
- Analysis Skill
- Living in Binh Duong or willing to move to Binh Duong.
