Production Manager Vietnam, International Garment Manufacturer (Local)

We are an international executive search and consulting firm. Our client is a garment manufacturer for many international brands in the world. It is headquartered in Hong Kong with production facilities in several countries. To cope with expansion, it is looking for a professional for the position of Production Manager based in Vietnam. Local Vietnamese candidates preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Report to Assistant General Manager Production
• The company employs 9,000+ workers in 200 production lines and the jobholder will handle 60 lines
• RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCTION OF LINGERIE PRODUCTS
• Responsible for Production Planning and support Warehouse, IE, Logistics and Planning functions
• Meet KPI set for the operation
• Handle requests and enquiries from major international clients

• Degree in all disciplines acceptable, manufacturing management or garment related an advantage
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in garment manufacturing industry
• Must have worked for sizable factories before
• Prior experience in lingerie production/ intimate apparel a must
• Prior working experience in Production Planning and support Warehouse, IE, Logistics and Planning
• Local Vietnamese with fluent English
• Prior working experience in Vietnam is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Based in Vietnam near Hanoi
