Production Manager (Quản Lý Sản Xuất)Top management

 Liaise with Factory Manager to formulate production targets
 Define, generate and implement standard operation procedures (SOPs) along with all applicable documentation (e.g. guidelines, forms, policies etc.)
 Ensure that production tasks are performed according to standard operating procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
 Manage amount of necessary resources (machine usage, workforce, raw materials etc.) based on planning by SCM
 Organize workflow to meet production targets and delivery time lines and quality standards
 Monitor production and resolve issues in collaboration with applicable departments and employees (e.g. Maintenance, Quality, SCM/Procurement, Administration, HR)
 Update production status for each division on daily basis and provide to the Factory Manager
 Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
 Ensure availability of materials (raw and auxiliary) and necessary resource to avoid of production interruption
 Maintain documentations for production related activities for reference purposes.
 Full implementation and control of guidelines and policies (e.g. 5S, ISO, HSE)
 Report directly to Factory Manager
 Flexible to do other related tasks based on demand arising if/where necessary

 Education background: University degree or higher.
 Experience: at least 05 year of Production Manager, priority experienced in paper packaging industry.
 Male 35~45 years old.
 Good English communication.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office application.
 Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
