Work Location:
• Refrigerator Factory
• Plot B6, Thang Long Industrial Park, Dong Anh, Ha Noi
Responsibilities:
Overall management, monitoring and assurance of Production Process for Refrigerator Factory with details as follows:
• Build objectives and control action plans of Production Department to achieve department KPIs
• Optimize plan of Man power, Production Process Layout based on monthly and yearly PSI
• Analyse problems/ issues in process and market to obtain Know-How and transferability
• Training/instruction for Production Leaders and Sub-Leaders about production line management
• Performing other tasks required by Production AGM and Factory Director
• Refrigerator Factory
• Plot B6, Thang Long Industrial Park, Dong Anh, Ha Noi

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University degree with Technical major
• More than 5 years’ experience in production management and managing more than 400 workers
• Having knowledge of Production Process Design, Line Balance, QC Flow Chart, 5S, Kaizen, 5 Why analysis…
• Japanese (N3 & above) and can communicate in English
• Strong leadership, quick action and logical thinking
• Good command of MS: Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Word
• More than 5 years’ experience in production management and managing more than 400 workers
• Having knowledge of Production Process Design, Line Balance, QC Flow Chart, 5S, Kaizen, 5 Why analysis…
• Japanese (N3 & above) and can communicate in English
