Production Manager

REPORT TO: DIRECTOR

Our growing manufacturing firm is seeking an experienced Production Manager who will be responsible for helping to organize and run our door manufacturing production. The ideal candidate for this position possesses proven leadership skills, as well as a strong ability to problem solve and make sound decisions:
• Full management of the workshop production;
• Evaluates manufacturing processes and Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements applying knowledge of product, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators.
• Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.
• Responsible for workshop 5S and production safety;
• Responsible for review and receive production orders and technical documents (technical drawings, samples);
• Daily working with the planner to make production plan and Daily follow-up with each workshop team.
• Ensure the whole workshop team follow the production plan and meet the delivery schedule.
• Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes. Ensure the workshop team follow production procedure and control the material waste.
• Work with other departments, such as HR to train and manage labor
• Responsible for workshop team building to make teams to work in an independently and cooperatively way.
• Responsible for implementing company regulation, labor management, asset management and etc.

• 5 years of manufacturing experience and 2 years of this experience as production manager. Wood Furniture and Wood door experience is preferential.
• Ability to work under pressure and proactive.
• Advanced in MS office (word, excel, power point…) and database system
• Advanced English level or English Fluent is Plus
• Prefer candidate at Nhon Trach, Long Thanh

OTHER INFORMATION
Working day: from Monday to Saturday
Transportation: Company will transport employees to the factory (pickup Go Vap, Hang Xanh)
