Manage the whole production activities in factory with more than 300 operators and 30 lines
Ensure Production output on time in full
Ensure the productivity and efficiency of DVC labor
To be responsible for the Environment and Safety of Manufacturing Department
To Drive Production Realization according the daily, Weekly, Monthly plans
To Ensure Quality and Productivity during production realization is compliance to defect rate
To maintain and ensure the compliance of all SPS requirement wit Right Discipline in production
To encourage and Drive the culture of Continuous Improvement through Kaizen, Six Sigma Projects...

Education: Graduate from University (Technical major is preferred)
Job Related Experience: At least 5 years practical experience in manufacturing field. Prior experience as a Production Manager desired.
Business Understanding: Industrial and Manufacturing and Supply Chain & Quality System
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Fluent in oral and written English.
Understanding LEAN/ Six Sigma is an advantage
Job Related Experience: At least 5 years practical experience in manufacturing field. Prior experience as a Production Manager desired.
