Production Manager

AM Industries Vietnam Co., Ltd is 100% Australian investment. Our intention is to have a highly automated manufacturing Factory bringing cutting edge design and manufacturing to this area.
We plan to manufacture the Stainless Steel Kitchens, HDG Steel component of Mobile Grain Silo, Steel structure and other metal Goods. The people of Company is about 30-50 person for starting up, then more than 100 person in the next step.

• Good experience and knowledge of manufacturing of steel structure industry and/ or steel component & part at the foreign investment.
• Good experience and skill of Production management in term of Production productivity & capacity, Product quality, Production cost efficiency, Production planning and organization, People Leadership, HSE and 5S, People development, Creative (Initiative for improvement) and KPI of Production.
• Prefer experience in setting up Production department at the foreign company in term of the Production preparation, Production capacity & schedule program, Manpower & material consumable, Product quality procedure, Production standard & specification and Training & development of staff.
• Fairly good English skill in both writing and speaking.
• Degree: Mechanical Bachelor Degree or relevant field. Male, more than 3 year in the same position at the steel manufacturing industry.
• This position will work at the Factory in An Phuoc Industrial park, Long Thanh, Dong Nai.
