Production Manager

• Advise to B.O.D in enhancing structure for Production Department, prepare function, duties for each Section in Production
structure.
• Cooperation with HR Department to delegate Job Description to all Production worker
• Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations;
• Manage the adherence to prescribed procedures to ensure the production run smoothly, effectively and first pass quality
meets;
• Analizing the plant’s worker, resources, and capital to select the best way of meeting production goal.
• Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
• Ensure planned KPI’s (worker’s capacity, wrong products,…) of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded;
• Ensure that the production is cost effective
• Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
• Implement and drive continuos improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best
practices;
• Opimize resource utilization ( labor, raw material,…) in producing products
• Co operate with HR Dept, to ensure coaching and development of subordinates to meet business’s objectives;
• Reviewing the performance of subordinates;
• Working out the human and material resources needed
• Estimating costs and setting the quality standards
• Ensure implementation and evolution of safety procedure
• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs
• Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals.
• Supervising and motivating a team of workers.
• Do other duties Factory as demanding from B.O.D

• Bachelor’s degree (Master is priority) in production management or related fields
• Deep knowledge in production management
• Leader ship skill
• Management skill
• Planning skill
• Ability to create and manage production budgets
• Management of multiple projects at the same time, know the project implementation in order of priority
• Good communication in English
• Computer proficiency
• At least 5 year experience in manufacturing with same position
• Good healthy
• Willing to work under high pressure
