Production Manager

- Manage and supervise the entire production plant
- Supervise production (plastic injection and treatment, assembly)
- Execute the production planning
- Organize recruitment according to the Company needs
- Ensure the coordination between production, quality, planning, shipment.
- Report to the General manager all matters related to production

1) Qualification: University Degree or equivalent
2) Experience: 05+ years requirement in management position
3) Age: Around 30 years old
4) Others:
- Knowledge : experience in similar position, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of automotive production
- Knowledge of 5S lean manufacturing
- Fluent English speaking is a must
- Good computer skills (Office package)
