Mô tả công việc
1. Responsible for monitoring whole Production (manpower, machine and material) productivity, efficiency and quality to achieve delivery date.
2. Monitoring Production overall performance and daily operating to achieve the goals and objectives following LEAN concept.
3. Monitoring FPY/RTY to put together processes with the highest quality.
4. Maximize the ship to cut rate with ensure related parties put all effort to complete whole order quantity without delay.
5. Ensure all direct and indirect subordinates have a good discipline and always obey company’s rules and regulations.
6. Ensure whole Production have a good 5S practice to provide comfortable, safety and tidy working environment.
7. Responsible in whole Production improvement plan to enable improve it productivity with same resources. Also, to eliminate the non-value added operation, combine operation and reduce wastage to achieve flexibility.
8. Lead & provide training and coaching to staff for growing
9. Lead production inventory counting to make sure transparency.
10. Deploy and follow up Lean activities (update standard work, KPIs, 5S score, ...) to ensure result is maintained and developed
11. Drive Spot Kaizen (Suggestion system) and follow up to ensure progress happen
12. Deploy, follow up and update Standard Work and Production training system

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education
• Bachelor degree and above in Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Statistical, Material or related major.
Job Experience
• Minimum 7 years experiences in production management
Knowledge and Skills
• Communication , Training skill
• Planning and Organizing
• Strong Driver, Influencer and facilitation skills
• Strong Attention to details, Strong Problem Solving Skills and investigation capabilities
• Can implement and create an Improvement plan
• Speak and write well in English and local language
• Prefer to have certified 6 Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt.
• Lean knowledge is required.
