Production Manager

1. Plan, organize, measure and control production operations to ensure quality standards, safety, regularly.
2. Develop staffing, materials and equipment needs within budgeted costs based on production levels and timetables.
3. Ensure that production is properly staffed with individuals who have the necessary training and tools. Participates in making employment decisions, including employment, discipline, training, assignments, and termination.
4. Ensure compliance with Company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, OSHA, safety.
5. Oversee the manufacturing process, including basic production, assembly and finishing operations
6. Ensure strict adherence to all regulations and the complete and accurate documentation of all production process and practices needed to remain in compliance with regulations
7. Coordinate activities between departments to optimize staff utilization and capacities.
8. Oversee planning and expediting of orders to meet shipment dates.
9. Troubleshoot manufacturing problems, equipment failures, and processes.
10. Setup and arrange the area, material and equipment of production
11. Monitor production goals and deadlines to meet marketing, sales, and distribution requirements.
12. Forecast the Finished Goods demand.
13. Comply with Handling Complaints and be responsible for SR collection and classification in the SAP system according to Handing Service Requests procedure.
14. Responsible for department management included:
- Establish the working procedures in accordance with company requirements.
- Evaluate subordinates’ performance
- Build annual department budget.
- Set up and monitor the deparObjectives of Department based on company’s direction and strategy.
15. Assists with other responsibilities, tasks and special projects as assigned by Plant Manager.

KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION
• University graduated (major in Engineering is a plus)
• Project Management

JOB EXPERIENCE
• At least 05 year(s) experience as Production Manager or equivalent at manufacturing plant.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
• Good command in English
• Leadership and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

PREFERRED:
• Medical device manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with ERP software (SAP)
• Lean manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO).
