Production Manager

• To prepare production planning in accordance with customer requirement
• To manage and control Production department to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.
• To co-ordinate with design, CNC, welding, finishing and quality teams for smooth production running.
• To manage employees in the Production department
• To create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels Aggregate and balance timeline for each sale order and ensure quality of production.
• To strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
• To ensure all employees follow company standard health and safety guidelines
• To set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel
• To provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees
• To establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• More than 5 years experience in manufacturing operations. Having experience in flat stainless steel sheets, metal steel sheet industry is a plus
• At least 3 years experience in a supervisory capacity
• Excellent project management skills
• Good in English communication.
