Production Manager

• Overall responsibility for all production activity includes Safety, Quality, Cost of production
• Based on sales forecast information, planning of resources including budgets, capital expenditure and manpower
• Lead and motivate the Operations team in achieving plant deliverables.
• Continue to develop a principled and competent Operations workforce to run the plant safely and achieving operating KPIs (Cost, Yield, Asset Availability, Safety, Compliance, quality and other production related parameters)
• Execute accountable for performances of Operations workforce
• Implement and continuously improve Operations Excellence system:
• Work closely with supply chain, sales and technology teams to ensure plant delivers its overall goals
• SAP Knowledge and experience is preferred
• Complete Capital project within production OTIF within budget

* Background
Education: University graduation or above, major in Chemical engineering or Chemistry (polymer knowledge will be advantage)
Experiences: 5+ years in industry, 3 years managing experience at team group which more than 30 team members.
Know-how/skills: Experience in PM/TPM, ISO 9001 auditor (internal/external) certificate
