Production Manager

Job Purpose
To manage and execute the designated manufacturing operation to achieve profitability, efficiency/productivity, quality and cost effectiveness and other relevant business goals.

Key Roles and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)
1. To build, lead, manage and develop high efficiency & quality, on time delivery of production, from sewing to packing;
2. To monitor Production overall performance and daily operating to achieve the goals and objectives.
3. Ensure whole Production have a good 5S/Lean/Kaizen practice to provide comfortable, safety and tidy working environment
4. To cultivate a high performance culture in the dept.
5. To set and implement business performance measures.
6. To execute & control of whole SOP and work flow in production
7. Responsible for cost saving

• Bachelor’s Degree and with equivalent combination of education on garment and textile.
• With working experience in garment production management for at least 5 years.
• Knowledge in Chinese/ English and lingerie is preferable.
• Less experience will be considerred as assistant manager or senior supervisor
• Strong leadership competencies

• Change management capabilities
