Mô tả công việc
1. Manage production lines: Logistics, Welding, Painting
2. Build up Business action plan and lead subordinates to follow plan to achieve division’s and department’s target
3. Set up, lead and instruct subordinates about working process & working standard for lines
4. Design and improve part supply flow as lean concept
5. Instruct and resolve related problems
6. Promote Kaizen activities to improve safety, quality, productivity and reduce cost
7. Follow supervisor's instructions, monitor and feedback subordinates, coordinate with other departments
8. Develop subordinate through on-job training

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Graduated in Automobile/Mechanical/Technical fields, understanding of Automobile technology/vehicle processing flow is an advantage
2. At least 5 years working experience in Production Manager position and managing scope of more than 100 members
3. Good at Production line management, Logistics understanding
4. Creative mind and logical thinking
5. Good at planning, problem solving, reporting and presenting
6. Ability in personnel management, teamwork, coaching & work under high pressure
7. Good at MS Office & Proficiency in English (knowing Japanese is an advantage)
