Production Manager

Establish production process
• Coordinate with relevant departments to establish production processes, product quality management processes.
• Publicize and guide the contents of the process to lower-level employees, workers to be performed.

Make production plan
• Based on the assigned master plan to make production planning, ensure to reach the progress and quality requirements.
• Based on actual production situation, cooperate with HR department to recruit more workers if necessary.
• Announce the production plan for workers to be known.
• Catch up to safety stock target of factory & delivery request from customer.

Develop production plan
• Organize to assign daily work for workers in production shifts.
• Guide and urge workers to ensure compliance with the technological process, on schedule, quality.
• Balance production capacity among sections, proactively propose solutions to increase production efficiency.
• Take responsible for superiors about production situation and progress.
• Make sure always enough material for production.
• Make form report production status daily/ monthly/ quarterly to report for manager.
• Quickly report to manager about abnormal in production.
• Quickly response with urgent request & change order from customer.
• Make budget of machine & manpower to response with customer request.

Manage machinery, equipment and goods
• Take responsible for managing all machinery, equipment, raw materials, finished goods, semi-finished products ...
• Check regularly the operation of machinery and equipment and promptly detect the damage, notify the relevant department to handle so as not to affect the production schedule much.
• Propose the new equipment purchasing order to replace components and equipment that are no longer usable.
• Ensure that materials and goods are arranged in the right places, not damaged.

Train employees
• Carry out the selection and training of supervisors and team leaders in the factory.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to organize training courses to improve workers' skills.

Other tasks
• Establish and maintain the working environment of hygiene, safety and fire prevention at the factory.
• Develop and maintain good relationships of workers in the factory.
• Publicize specific policies and new regulations of the company to workers.
• Receive feedback and opinion from workers and submit to higher level for review/consider.
• Perform other tasks when entrusted by superiors.

Position main requirement
• Gender: Male ; Age: from 35 to 45 years old
• Education: graduated from university degree, major in technical engineering or related fields
• Experience: at least over 5 years’ experience of production management.
• Understand the manufacturing process, CNC machines
• Good at making production plan and English communication
• Priority for who has worked for automotive company
