Belonging to Production Section and reporting directly to Deputy General Manager, this position has the following mission:
To organize the production and maintenance activities (planning, effectiveness…)
To bring into use the procedure and organize the production in conformity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards
To give proposition to improve the equipment in terms of quality, productivity and security ; Deploy LEAN manufacturing concept (continuous improvements)
To ensure monitoring, continuous training, evaluation and development of the employees
To propose the budget of CAPEX, OPEX
To ensure the complete respect of Health, Safety and Environment requirements
To work closely with other departments and to liaise with other affiliates in the world.

Pharmacist, Engineer or Master
Minimum 5 year experience in similar positions in FDI of Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Biological, Food field
Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
Strong technical skill: electrical and mechanical
Efficient execution, planning, scheduling control, organization
Problem solving, time management, communication and leadership skills
Proficiency of English and Ms. Office
Proactive, determined, confident, teamwork-spirited
Living in Dong Nai or willing to relocate near working place (Trang Bom, Dong Nai)
- Working place: Song May IZ, Trang Bom, Dong Nai Province.
