Production Manager-Furniture

1. Make plan for manpower, material resources and production schedule to ensure delivery in time and in suitable quality required by customers
2. Control and supervise the implementation of production plan to gain expected target of delivery and quality
3. Monitor the production processes to make sure that they runs smoothly; adjust schedules as needed, make sure that SOPs are applied correctly at production floor
4. Work with related departments to find solution for unexpected production problems
5. Improve efficiency of production, minimize rework, maintaining overtime at an acceptable level
6. Mainly in charge and maintain HSE, fire prevention of company
7. Motivate and control the work force in accordance with requirements. Ensure company regulation is strictly implemented at production floor. Coordinate with HR Department on recruitment manpower for production, subordinate performance appraisal
8. Organize departmental procedures and work instructions to departmental personnel
9. Solve problems arising during daily activities
10.Other duties as assigned by General Director/ Factory Manager

1. University's degree in related fields
2. At least 5 year experience in production management in furniture industry (at management level)
3. Be able to communicate in English (spoken and written)
4. Computer skills with MS office software such as word, excel, power point, outlook
5. Self-motivated, hardworking, organized decision maker with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, capable to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
