Production Manager (Food, Rice, Straws)

With a newly launched product STRAWNG and a growing production team, a unique opportunity has arisen to join our factory operations in our agriculture business. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and manage the processes of production from the starting of our factory. You will have a unique opportunity to bring your expertise to the company and develop our products from the early stages succeeding in higher levels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES

• Organize and manage processes of rice straw factory.
• Ensure the products meet quality and food safety standards.
• Supervise and monitor compliance of the preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance programs of the machinery and equipment, as well as ensure the proper use of the facilities and other assets.
• Monitor and protect goods from damage/loss.
• Solve technical problems that cause more impact on quality, cost and implement necessary measures to prevent the occurrence of the same incident.
• Ensure production requirements fulfilled as agreed timelines.
• Ensure workers comply with the regulations of the company, labor safety, GMP, HACCP, ISO, procedures and work instructions.
• Develop and maintain teamwork effectiveness in production.
• Appraise and provide necessary training to improve staff performance.
• Empower, coach direct staff for people development.
• Identify areas of opportunity, propose continuous improvements in operational strategies and cost reduction issues.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in production management in FMCG/Food industry or others.
• University degree: Technology in food/chemical/mechanical/production/industrial.
• Good knowledge of quality standards HACCP, ISO.
• Good management and leadership skills.
• Good problem solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English (both spoken and written). Chinese (optional)
