Production Manager Assistant (Only Man 25-30 Years Old)

***Responsibilities
Co-operate and assist Production Manager in the daily tasks of the Production Lines.

***Key tasks
1. Verbal translation for expat managers and workers when required.
2. Follow safe work habits and instructions
3. Prioritizes workflow, communicates with production staff daily, and supervises the production process.
4. Check & report on quality over the production line.
5. Collect, analyze data and input into the system.
6. Follow and track production schedule
7. Follow and maintain material quantities for production.
8. Ensure proper paperwork and/or documentation is being maintained at all times.
9. Liaise with other departments to maintain production schedule.
10. Serves as a backup for overflow production needs
11. Performing other job-related duties as necessary or assigned.

***Knowledge
- Engineering degree.
- Define problems collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions to improve profitability.

***Experience
- At least two years of experience as a Production assistant in a foreign manufacturing company.

***Skills
- Computer skill: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Language skill: good at English (Listening, Speaking, Writing and Reading, have a good understanding to be able to translate accurately).
- Able to read drawings.
- Time management skill. Solving problem skill
- Communication skill.
