Production Manager (Assembly Company In Binh Duong)

- Plan, organize, direct and control all operations within the Production department in line with policies and objectives and achieve set quality, performance, and efficiency standards.
- Sorting and coordinating materials, machines and people to ensure production plans; production quality.
- Coordinate with departments to provide standards, manufacturing processes, control the quality of products, raw material.
- To ensure people, plant and materials are deployed effectively to meet delivery dates and quality standards.
- Training and managing staff to ensure they have sufficient knowledge about the safety and quality compliance processes, procedures and rules of the company.
- Report the production of plants for BOD daily / weekly / monthly and handle the arising irregularities.
- Reciprocate to the evaluation of: clients, ISO and state management agencies about the in-charge issues.
- To work closely with all the departments involved with Production to maintain schedules and effect changes and revisions.
- Managing machines, production tools, equipment and labor protection.
- Other tasks from BOD.

- 5 years experence in work .
- Living in Binh Duong or willing to work in Binh Duong.
