Production Manager - Apparel (Ha Noi)

You will manage the production team and ensure the goof flow of the manufacturing process. The competencies in production and people management are vital.


Description

The roles and responsibilities are

* Production flow efficiency.

* capacity planning, capacity submission and loading monitoring.

* Work with sale for order confirmation (styling and order lead time).

* Work with production team for order allocation and styling review.

* Monitor production preparation and follow-up work with planning, warehouse/merchandising team/ purchasing one to ensure production schedule.

* Monitor production schedule / weekly report/ daily report.

* Monitoring shipment schedule by working close with IE and production team to ensure 100 % OTP for garment delivery.

* Participating quarter meeting for reviewing performance (achievement / disappointment/ action plan for further improvement)

* Develop planning team /working instructions and procedures, manage and monitor the application.


Profile

The ideal candidates are having:

* Bachelor degree in relevant disciplines
* At least 5 years experience in similar roles
* Understanding on the manufacturing process
* Work under pressure and deliver result
* People management skill
* Proficiency in English and Vietnamese. Chinese is a plus.
