Production Management Sr. Manager

- Joining and working together in ERP project team as PI leader - After going live ERP, doing the ERP stabilization work and will do the following work as production management team leader. - Planning and organizing production schedules (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
: Implement and control the production schedule, review. Review and adjust the schedule where needed - Workforce planning based on the production planning and machine capabilities
: Determine the human resources required. Efficient communication with HR to meed the production target - Oversee a workforce of 1,000+ employees in the manufacturing department - Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime as cooperating with production team
: Make decision about the equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement - Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines as cooperating with production team - Raw material, sub-material, and consumable material planning/management with manufacturing department, procurement - Monitor production to resolve issues (Process management to remove the inefficiency) - Set Product quality standards, monitor quality standards of products, Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet objectives - Prepare and maintain production reports e.g. productivity KPIs - Production budget planning, manage budget, implement cost control - Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments incl. procurement, Sales/distribution, and management - Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines

- Medium ~ High level capability of communication with production management team director in English/Korean
- ERP(SAP) project joining experience as a PI would be very highly and ERP(SAP) running experiences would be highly considered to be hired - A Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (industrial management is preferred, master degree would be plus) - More than 10 years of experience in Manufacturing operation and/or production management with at least 5 years managerial roles - Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques - Strong in leading and managing Operation Team to achieve excellence performance - Productivity monitoring, productivity report, productivity increasing efforts/activities/proven results - Critical thinking, problem solving, result driven - Proactive, Quality focus, analytic thinking
