- Follow up production schedule
- Control and arrangement for to be manufactured materials
- Check and schedule according to manpower and machine capacity
- Control and arrangement manpower and material
- Check product quality and quantity
- Monitor NCR’s, fabrication errors, and proper usage of raw material, equipment and consumables and initiate corrective actions.
- Training all subordinates according to their work requirement.
- Coordinate with Safety Dept. for safe working conditions and take care of all related activities in the section to avoid accidents and maintain the company objective.

- Male, 25 to 35 years old
- Education major in Mechanical engineering
- Physically fit, active and energetic
- Over 03 years experience
- Excellent communication skills and leadership capabilities
- Candidate from the same industries is preferable
