Production Executive

o Ensure the quality and completion of voucher printing.
o Ensure the completion of packaging as timeline to handle to deliver mans and to courier.
o Manage blank vouchers, spare parts of printer, cutting machine and all devices within Production room.
o Ensure to operate all machines continuously and contact suppliers for maintenance monthly, repairing when there are problems
o Ensure to submit C.O.D in full as policy before handling the next packages to deliver mans.
o Ensure customer’s information are inputted in company’s system accurately such as banking information, service fee…
o Following the progress of delivering as committed from Supplier.
o Checking AWB form Supplier monthly.
o Blank voucher and VOID management.
o Checking and calculating incentive per company policy.
o Support to deliver in necessary cases.
o Managing Redemption Online system and solve issue if any
o Feedback production information, deliver and status of package to Sales department.
o Other tasks as required from Head of department.

- Graduate from College or University
- At least 3 years’ experience in service industry.
- Willing to work extra hour to solve arising issues.
- Be careful and proactive in works.
- Know using Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel.
- English communication
- Work independently
- Arranging tasks to ensure the given deadline.
