Production Engineer (Kỹ Sư Sản Xuất)

- Collect technical information;
- Conduct laboratory and CP experiments;
- Study Food GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) operation layout and method and automation;
- Support technical introduction to factory, and report according to the instruction of supervisor.
1) Process Unit: Powder grinding, mixing, granulating, drying process and automation.
- Mayonnaise line automation design (RO water, Oil auto weight, filling system design, and installation plan making);
- CP test plan making, CP test data gathering, data analysis;
- Powder mixer and drier renewal, CP test data gathering, data analysis;
- Other jobs assigned by supervisor and follow supervisor's order.
2) Packing Unit : Powder packing, cartoning, and packing automation.
- Mayonnaise line automation design (filling and capping machine is already decided, so discuss with maker detail machine, specification and make final specification of machine, layout and construction schedule and planning);
- CP test data gathering, data analysis;
- MSG packing machine renewal design (discuss with maker to finalize detail machine specification, CP test plan making, discuss with factory members).

- Have Bachelor’s Degree:
+ With Process unit: Chemical or Food Engineering;
+ With Packing unit: Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Good at English (speaking and writing);
- Have functional knowledge about technical word of engineering and unit conversion method;
- Good cooperation mind to try to achieve goals with related members;
- Have strong analytical, effective problem-solving, good communication skills;
- Priority for recent graduates.
