Mô tả công việc
I. Purpose
Develops and improves manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods.
Compliance with safety and quality of products procedure
Prepare and Establish Corrective and preventive action Plans
II. Responsibility
Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
Maintaining working condition (safety and hygiene) at the factory.
Cross-functional management of QA, materials for the team.
Monitors usage of utilities to ensure efficiency of operations.
Helps develope, update and maintain procedures and documentation for all Quality Systems.
Establish and support a working environment of continuous improvement that supports the companies Quality policy, Quality System & the appropriate regulations for the area, follow to ISO quality
Schedules and performs calibrations for plant measuring instruments.
Be in charge in 5S, Kaizen in production.
Study NCR‘s and Site Claims and provide corrective and preventive action plans and establish provide corrective and preventive action plans.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Mechanical Engineer or equivalent
- 3 years experience working in steel manufacturing industry
- Can use MS. Office, Auto cad is preferable
- Communication and negotiation skill
- Dealing with Complexity, Informing Others, Leadership, Supervision, Hardware Specifications, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Manufacturing Quality, Product Development, Presenting Technical Information, CAD
- 3 years experience working in steel manufacturing industry
- Can use MS. Office, Auto cad is preferable
