+ Make and follow working plan of department daily, weekly and monthly base on the
task management
+ Confirm working result of surbodinates following the plan and give out instruction
accordingly
+ Take full responsibilities to solve problem happen in the department
+ Train members how to conduct daily job in most sufficient way
+ Take full responsibilities to train surbodinate full operation manuals and remarkable
Points in use when the department has new M/C, equipment, program
+ Give out kaizen ideal, advise and motivate subordinates to implement improvement
in the department and follow up until targeted result brought back
+ Conduct assigned job by Section manager, Manager follow deadline
+ Report working result of the department to Section Manager, Manager

+ Male, age over 25 years old
+ Graduated from College/ University
+ Basic in English
+ Can use Ms.Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Projector)
+ Have at least 01 year experience about injection molding

+ Can use Ms.Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Projector)
+ Have at least 01 year experience about injection molding
