*General Purpose of the Position
Our growing company is seeking to hire a Production Engineer who will be responsible for support of our framas production team. The job includes both, projects and daily tasks regarding material flows (RM, FG), preparation of new projects and special tasks. Having understanding in technical processes and open for innovation, especially in regards of digitalization is crucial. A technical college/university degree or related is required.
Job description for Production Engineer
• Supporting the production team in regard of organizational and engineering tasks
• Preparing documents & reports as instructed by the Production Manager related to production such as process flow charts, problem solving procedures (PDCAs), protocols, concepts, developing project management plans.
• Preparation of OEE reports, updating dashboard, preparation of morning meetings
• Self-independent manage and follow-up projects cross-department
• Evaluation of numbers regarding production as well as working out concepts for and implement improvements
• Implementation of modern production management tools and concepts in the production area
• Working close together with Lean manager
• Taking special tasks given by the Production manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Finished studies in Engineering such as Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical or Production and Operations Management or similar
• Fluent English in both spoken and written
• Ability to work well structured with common Lean and Quality tools as 5S, OEE, PDCA, Six sigma
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power point, Visio, OneNotes
• Ability to work self-independent, open minded for new and focused on the
• Plus if able to use CAD programs as inventor
