Production Engineer (Good At English & working At VSIP Quang Ngai)

*Prepares X+1 plan
- Includes staffing, determine capacity planning & investments, etc.
- Defines the KPI's for the production-WH and ensures the deployment down to the workfloor.

*Manages the production operational & warehouse of Steel Cord plant to support the sales demand and growth.
- Organizes and manages the production and warehouse department to ensure realization of targets related to output, productivity, keep balance the material, delivery on time to customer and cash cost.
- Determines manning of machines and installations and use of equipment in consultation with planner.
- Follows up on and analyses production parameters such as efficiencies, productivity, EHS, rejects, scrap, consumption, etc. and reports to General Manager.
- Ensures accurate production planning is taken place and produce SC products according to the required spec by the customers and on time delivery.
- Ensures an optimal operation of the production & WH department, ensures adequate information
- Cost controlling on GR-GI activities, PR-PO released for buying some other consumable and parts machines
- Ensures adequate administration in the department.
- Man power controll and monitoring by using WLM tools, maintain overtime and labor cost of operator.
- Manage Stock of finish good on the target level, maintain balance of materials and keep storage on packing materials.

*People management
- Ensures the right number of qualified people is in place in line with current and future expansion needs of the operations.
- Ensures adequate training and development of staff
- Ensures optimal way of working of the whole operations in line with the basic behavior of the quality house : “market-in, respect for people, and waste elimination”.

*Develop subordinates in order to deliver best performance and to develop them
- Monitor, coaches, train and guide subordinates to achieve departments and their individual targets as well as give personal development towards them.
- Manage subordinates way of working to allign with Bekaert's requirement.
- Involve subordinates do the improvement & cost saving project

*Ensure and support plant compliance with, ISO standard, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations
- Support and ensure managerial decisions to comply with, ISO standard, EHS objectives and allign with governmental regulations
- Ensure Steel Cord plant activities and product are comply with EHS objectives & ISO standard
- Ensure deparment activities are allign with governmental regulations concerning EHS objectives & ISO Standard

- University graduate with 3 yrs experience in production and technical.
- Familiar to relating aspect in production, maintenance, safety and environment, also financial issue
- Good analytical and have drive for result
- Focus on customers need and foster open communication within the plant
- Good leadership and able to provide directions
- Have knowledge in Environment Management System (EMS) and have received training in ISO 14000
- Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good MS. Office.
