Production Engineer (Design Mold/machine)

Design qualified mold/tools for production. Manage machines to ensure they are ready for production.
Design
• Design, implement epoxy casting mold.
• Design, implement production tools/jigs (Sandblasting cover, basket, post curing die, water pressure test device…)
• Design, implement wooden packing boxes and packing foam for insulator.
• Create work instructions for mold/tools if needed.
• Troubleshoot mold/tool issues.
• Manage spare parts of molds.
• Improve mold/tool for production.
• To be project leader for new insulator (if assigned)
• Support R&D to design new insulator from production view.

Machine
• Follow Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM) plan for machines in prepared station.
• Evaluate, order and manage spare parts of machines.
• Troubleshoot machine issues in prepared station.
• Set up and improve process parameters for machines in prepared station.
• Define technical requirement and evaluate suppliers for new machine.
• Create TPM documents for new machine or update for current machines.
• Manage contractor to perform their service in factory.

Others:
• Implement others task as assigned by Manager.
• Support other departments for relevant technical issues.
• Commit to deliver high quality service to customer.
• Contribute to team.

• Education: University degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experiences as mechanical engineer in production environment. Experience in production process is an advantage.
• Knowledge & Skills:
o Good computer skills (Microsoft, AutoCAD, Solidworks, Creo, SAP…)
o Good command of English
o Able to work independently and structurally
o Able to work under pressure
o Strong problem solving skill
o Good communication skills and able to communicate with different levels
