Mô tả công việc
- Daily review production schedule and react to production problems in real time to ensure timely delivery of the products, and production output meet target.
- Do cost reduction by efficient material usage, setup change, training and human error, power and facility saving.
- Arrange manpower, equipment or another source to minimize production lead-time and parts delivered as promised time and on time.
- Check and ensure that the operators follow procedures during operation for each workstation.
- Daily control yield to meet targets and check Nonconformance Pareto to provide proper corrective action.
- To work with process engineer to analysis and reduce increase yield and reduce rework rate.

*** Requirement
1. Background: Have engineer degree in Industrial System Engineering, Industrial engineering or related major.
2. Experience: Have 1 year of experience or above in manufacturing environment.
3. Foreign languague: Be able to communicate in English.
4. Able to work in shift
5. Quick learner, honestly, working under pressure.
