Production Director/ Production Manager (Electronics; English/ Chinese; $3.000)

Our client is an FDI electronics manufacturing company, now looking for two positions: Production Director and Production Manager, as below:

HRC1: Production Director ($3000, X4702)
• In charge of supervising all production activities of the department under the direction of the board;
• Build and schedule production for the factory periodically;
• Directly inspect, urge and adjust the schedule of production orders;
• Closely coordinated with research design and product quality improvement;
• Manage, manage and rearrange the organizational structure, personnel division in the department;
• In charge of building a team of highly qualified personnel;
• Others will be discussed in details during the interview.


HRC2: Production Manager ($2000, HL4688)
• Organize the work and arrange the structure, process in the factory;
• Construction of technological lines;
• Develop short, medium and long term goals;
• Responsible for managing and controlling all production activities in the factory;
• Guiding and training public / staff;
• Others will be discussed in details during the interview.

HRC1: Production Director ($3000, X4702)
• Male only - Ages: 30-45 years old;
• Academic level: University in Mechanical/Electronics... major;
• Experience: at least 5~7 years of working in equivalent position;
• Language: good at English or Chinese communication;
• Good computer skills;
• Enthusiastic, willing to work under high pressure;


HRC2: Production Manager ($2000, HL4688)
• Male only - Ages: 30-45 years old;
• Academic level: University degree in related fields;
• Experience: 3 years experience in production management;
• Strong knowledge in production processes;
• Language: Good at English/Chinese communication;
• Good computer skills;
• Enthusiastic, willing to work under high pressure;
