Production Director ( Packaging Industry )

This senior leadership position is critical to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all factory production for the organization.
1. End-to-end monitoring of the production process
2. Total responsibility of production planning and production output of all production lines of the company
3. Upgrade decisions of production technology
4. Improvement control of process and operations within the factory
5. Provide strategic inputs for improvement and rationalization projects for the Chairman and BOD
6. Checking of raw material and spare parts on the production line
7. Non-stop learning new technologies, improvement production and company.

Job Benefit
1. Salary: 3,000 ~ 6,000 USD

Preferred Experience:
You will have an advantage if you –
1. Have received Engineering and/or Production Management awards in the past
2. Have in-depth knowledge of generally accepted production management protocols
3. Are proficient in the use computer office programs

Requirements:
The successful candidate will –
1. Have a university degree in Engineering
2. Be an experienced leader in Production Director 5 – 10 years
3. Work under high pressure
4. Have knowledge of provincial legislations on Employee Standards, Occupational Health & Safety and Human Rights
Nationality: Korean / Vietnamese is prefer
